Here at Revival Counseling of the Carolinas, my mission is to bring a revival of hope, love and peace to your soul and relationships. Each session we will work together to learn strategies that will spark your mind, body and soul once again. If you are looking for a therapist who accepts you where you are but provides you the resources and coping skills to live the life that you are so deserving of, I am your girl. I believe that successful counseling will teach you how to take care of yourself outside of sessions so that anxiety, depression, unworthiness and relationship concerns will no longer have a stronghold on your life.
I am also passionate about providing couples counseling. Love is more than a feeling, but a verb. In each session, we will work to increase positive communication and explore love languages in order to provide practical ways that you can better love your partner. Love can hope and and endure through every circumstance if you are willing to put in the work.
Courage isn’t the absence of fear, it’s acting in the face of it. Beginning counseling can be overwhelming, but so can staying stuck, hopeless and unsure of yourself or your relationship. I am now scheduling new clients. Slots fill quickly, so please reach out for more info!
