I specialize in supporting clients navigating eating disorders and complex relationships with food, as well as those living with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss. I also specialize in perinatal mental health and feel honored to support those longing to grow their families, as well as pregnant and postpartum mothers.
