I specialize in supporting clients navigating eating disorders and other complex relationships with food. I often work with people who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and those who have endured trauma and loss. I also specialize in perinatal mental health and I’m honored to support my clients on the tender path toward growing a family.
