My process for trauma therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based. I use EMDR to help you process and reframe distressing experiences so that they no longer hold the same power over your daily life. I also offer faith-affirming care for clients who wish to integrate their spiritual or religious beliefs into the healing process.
