Whether you're dealing with anxiety, indecision, or just having difficulty coping with everything on your plate, I am here to help you find the balance that you want and that feels right for you.
I offer a blend of therapies tailored to each individual's needs at the time. Some of the more common therapies I use include Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Mindfulness Self Compassion, & Exposure Response Prevention just to name a few. I often see individuals ages 23 years or older, who identify as female and/or are from the LGBTQIA+ community.
Sometimes it is the therapist's training, background, or even personality that can impact what you can get out of therapy. That's why I offer a 15 minute phone consultation for you to ask me questions, and for me to share a little bit more about what to expect in sessions.
