Are you looking to explore your sexuality or improve sexual satisfaction? Do you experience pain with sex or sexual dysfunction? Struggling to develop or maintain intimacy? I am a sex positive therapist who believes addressing our sexual health is an integral part of treating the whole person. I help adult individuals and couples in monogamous and non-monogamous relationships navigate the sexual health challenges and difficulties that occur in our lives.
It's rare to find a provider in ND and northern MN who has specialized training and expertise in sexual health, as a certified sex therapist through AASECT, I can offer this. I recognize there is a need in our community and I want to provide safe, professional and compassionate access for those with concerns regarding gender, sex, and sexuality.
