I am a clinical social worker passionate about helping women and queer folks understand their mental health and live a life based in radical acceptance, self-compassion, and empowerment. I identify with an eclectic approach, pulling on techniques from CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention.
My areas of treatment include anxiety, OCD, feminist therapy, dating and relationships, eating disorders and body image, gender identity and sexuality, and survivors of intimate partner violence. I also have extensive experience with pre and post abortion counseling. I work with individuals and couples ages 20-65.
I work from a lens that is decidedly, pro-choice, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, anti-diet, body neutral, and trauma informed.
When I am not acting as a therapist, I love spending time with my pets, walking in the woods, baking, reading, watching reality TV, and listening to Taylor Swift!
