If you're someone who "has it together" on paper but feels overwhelmed behind the scenes, you're not alone. A lot of what you're dealing with is tied to patterns that made sense at one point, but don't really work for you anymore.
I take a cognitive and trauma-informed approach to therapy. We'll spend time making sense of your emotions, understanding where your patterns come from, and starting to shift the ones that are keeping you stuck. I work with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, and that feeling of being responsible for everyone else.
Together, we'll connect the dots between your thoughts, experiences, and relationships and figure out what actually needs to change. I am especially passionate about helping clients explore relationship patterns, codependency, and anxiety. I also work with teens, first responders, and individuals in high-stress careers.
My style is down-to-earth and collaborative. I’ll support you, but I’ll also be honest with you when it matters. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or overly clinical. You can show up as you are, and we’ll figure it out together.
