It's so easy getting caught up in the world we live in. Past or current traumas get thrown aside, personal needs are put on the back burner, anxieties flare up, depression creeps in. Life just happens. Because of this, we can stray from a basic element our bodies and minds need, Harmonious Connection. I view this as living in tandem with your mental, physical, and emotional needs while forming relationships with others that creates peace and balance for you. I understand people aren't always given the space they deserve to form these connections. That is why I have created a haven where you can be seen, heard, supported, and valued.

I am here to walk with you and remind you it is possible to rediscover Harmony in your life. I work with a variety of adults, couples, and adult families who are struggling with various life experiences and are ready for something to change. I offer a holistic, collaborative, and person first approach to therapy that is affirming and socioculturally aware.

I don't currently accept insurance as my humanistic approach to therapy would be altered to fit a strict insurance-approved plan/diagnosis.
