Hello! I am a licensed independent clinical social worker. I received my master's from the University of Denver and have been a therapist for six years. I use a compassionate and mindful approach to support clients in meaningfully processing past stressors and traumas and coping with significant life transitions. Creating authentic meaning and joy from my life experiences, even the traumatic ones, has been a source of abundance to me. I’m passionate about continuing to better myself, my practice, and the lives of the people I work with.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to share. I love my work and strive to incorporate compassion, wisdom, and humor into my sessions. I am strengths-based and client-centered, trained in EMDR, and use a blend of mindfulness and somatic techniques with my clients.
I enjoy working with a diverse group of clients who are interested in changing their relationship to their belief systems and past experiences. My clients often strive to process past stressors and traumas meaningfully so they can move forward. I support individuals experiencing life transitions, grief and loss, as well as depressive and anxiety symptoms.
