I believe healing happens in relationships and within the larger worlds we belong to. In therapy, we explore your experiences, identity, and emotional landscape with curiosity and care so you can reconnect with yourself and the meaning you want to create in your life. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from depth psychology, psychodynamic therapy, parts work, somatic awareness, and EMDR. I focus on understanding the roots of patterns and how your history, culture, and body shape your present, so healing feels meaningful and sustainable.
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, identity questions, and life transitions. Many clients come feeling disconnected from themselves or overwhelmed by patterns they don’t fully understand and want deeper insight, healing, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
