Sometimes it's a struggle being a human being, right? Seeking out therapy can be the first step in untangling some of the stuck points we can carry. I believe that individuals and families are the experts of their own lives and it is my role to offer a safe, non-judgmental space to collaborate, process, or challenge previous ways of thinking or acting. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you in overcoming obstacles on your path to wellness.
I enjoy taking an eclectic approach to therapy and use many different modalities to help you be the best YOU! My expertise and training are based in trauma and helping children, teens, individuals, and families heal. I am trained in evidenced-based treatments such as EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness. I am also a certified play therapist.
Therapy can be a pathway to healing and I would be happy to empower and join you on this journey. Some of my clients have commented on my relatable and down to earth approach to therapy.
