I offer in-person therapy through Walk & Talk sessions, as well as virtual therapy to fit your lifestyle. My approach blends evidence-based care with a holistic perspective. I'm trained in Brainspotting and DBT, am a certified yoga teacher, and earned my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.
