I specialize in providing tailored support to adolescents, young adults, individual adults, parents, and families. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, solution-focused, and strength-based. I am passionate about fostering the strong connections and skills necessary for you to thrive in all areas and relationships throughout your life.
I utilize evidence-based modalities, including: DBT, CBT, I-FAST, and EMDR. Additionally, as a certified yoga instructor, I bring an appreciation for the mind-body connection into my practice.
