Hi, I’m Caitlin! I offer flexible scheduling (including weekends!) & affordable Christian focused virtual counseling.
I am a dual-credentialed Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) & an Independent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I've received training in EMDR & working toward certification. My primary experience & passion is working w/ children & teens along with supporting their family, young adults, women, & people w/ disabilities. I also offer Christian counseling upon request, allowing faith & the Holy Spirit to guide our time together. Lastly, I have a special interest in treating spiritual trauma & abuse.
I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to meet their needs. Experience includes, but is not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I've received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, EMDR, & art/play modalities. I also have special interest in helping clients w/ spiritual trauma.
