About
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to do the hard work of creating change. I believe all people have the capacity to slow down and be more mindful; both in how we talk to ourselves and others, and in how we choose our next steps. I support the process of creating helpful coping skills and affirmations, while also getting to the root of what created the thoughts and behavior in the first place. Patterns of behavior are often carried out unintentionally, and learned at a young age. Understanding the past gives clarity to the present. A clearer present allows us to build a life with more intention and purpose.
I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients in exploring new solutions to the issues and concerns that have been causing distress. My focus is rooted in helping clients discover a deep trust in their body, and to identify their inner voice in a way that feels authentic to them. Cultivating these qualities enables people to live a more fulfilling life.
Every story deserves to be witnessed with an open heart; I would be honored to be considered to hear yours. Contact me to set up a free 20 minute consultation.
