About
Therapy can help you work through problems that feel too big or overwhelming to tackle alone. Together, in a warm and confidential space, we can begin to explore what is making you feel anxious or stuck without judgement or fear. In therapy with me, you will be seen as an individual person with unique desires and experiences, not a collection of symptoms or issues. In session, you can expect liveliness and candor as we discuss the things you wish to explore: relationships, work, worries, goals and sense of self.
I have a sub-specialty in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and identity exploration generally. I can help parents of LGBTQ+ children process and understand their child's identity development. And I can support children exploring LGTBQ+ identities in an open, non-evaluative manner.
Making it to this page is a powerful first step! Reach out to take the next step together.
