My framework centers around empathy and collaboration to select the best treatment method. I specialize in working with women who have anxiety, mood disorders, C-PTSD, and narcissistic abuse trauma. I am here to walk hand in hand with you so you feel empowered and most importantly, not need therapy anymore! I do not see cis men, personality disorders, or children.
My personal philosophy is to counsel from a person centered approach; getting to know you as an individual as well as your goals. From here I am able to implement techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy to help you work through conflicts and achieve your goals.
