My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space, especially for new moms and trauma survivors. I specialize in working with women who have anxiety, mood disorders, C-PTSD, and/or narcissistic abuse trauma. I am here to walk hand in hand with you and it is my goal to work collaboratively!
Therapy is not one size fits all. My personal philosophy is to counsel from a person centered approach; getting to know you as an individual as well as your goals. From here I am able to determine the best interventions and help you work through conflicts and achieve your goals.
