I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist. I treat individuals and couples. My life's work is to support others as they cross the bridge from a place of self doubt, victimization and crisis to lives full of awareness, personal responsibility and universal compassion. You have the answers within to transform your life; I'm simply a guide on your journey back "home" to your intrinsically loving self. Hypnotherapy has been found to work much faster than more traditional psychotherapy and heals on the subconscious level. It is highly effective in treating a wide range of issues, from early trauma, abuse, phobias, addiction, unhealthy patterns, and more. This process empowers clients to create the necessary adjustments needed to reach their goals.
Deeper awareness and compassionate connection to the most vulnerable parts of the self gives people a sense of being whole and complete. Evolving Women's Circle
Come "unlearn" the limited beliefs you've come to accept about yourself and your world around you. Evolving Women's bi-weekly group starting November 5, 2019 at 7pm. We will be working through some of the popular self-help books while utilizing the feminine energy to support one another on goals/dreams. This is an alternative to individual counseling to maintain their commitment to their emotional/spiritual self-care plan. The fee is $45 a month which includes a private facebook group where questions/concerns will be addressed in realtime, posting journal prompts and linking members to helpful resources.
