I bring over ten years of experience in therapeutic settings, supporting individuals coping with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, postpartum depression, parenting and relationship challenges, school-related stressors, adjustment disorders, and addictions. I have spent time working at the inpatient level of care, as well as grief work through Grief's Journey (Ted-E-Bear Hollow).
I have a special passion for working with adolescents and adults, while still welcoming clients of all ages. I believe that every person’s story is unique, so I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs.
