My passion is helping people alleviate negative feelings and symptoms so they can take control of their lives and get back to enjoying all that life has to offer. I work together with each client to help them navigate their symptoms and get to the core of the problem. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship that is built on trust and genuineness is a crucial component to successful therapy and I pride myself on creating an atmosphere that is safe, warm, and promotes self-growth.
I have worked with several different populations and treated a broad range of diagnoses and presenting problems. I believe in tailoring my therapeutic techniques to the specific needs of each client. Understanding that everyone is unique and embracing individuality is extremely important to me.
Helping each client develop a deeper understanding of themselves while gaining coping skills to help alleviate their symptoms are fundamental components to successful therapy and aspects I work diligently to incorporate into my practice.
