Hi, I’m Caitlin. I’m a trauma therapist who works especially well with clients whose inner world feels intense, complex, or overwhelming, whether that’s because of anxiety, OCD patterns, neurodivergence, trauma, high sensitivity, or years of carrying more than your nervous system was designed for.
A lot of my clients are neurodivergent (diagnosed or self-identified), but you don’t have to be. What matters most is that you’re someone who feels deeply, thinks a lot, and wants therapy that’s warm, collaborative, and compassionate.
My style is gentle and grounding, but still structured enough to create real movement. I blend trauma-focused approaches like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy with ACT, Authenticity Therapy, and Exposure/Response Prevention (ERP) when needed. Everything is tailored to your nervous system, your needs, and your pace.
