I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. My approach is collaborative and flexible, blending CBT, DBT skills, EMDR, mindfulness, somatic work, and reflection. Sessions balance support, skill-building, and honest conversations that lead to real progress.
