My ideal clients are individuals who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, healing from past experiences, and meaningful growth in their emotional, relational, and spiritual lives. Many clients come to therapy navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity struggles, or seasons where they feel stuck and are longing for greater peace and wholeness. I integrate Christian faith into therapy when desired by the client, honoring the connection between emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor, I help people navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, and spiritual concerns. Using a client-centered approach, CBT, EMDR, and narrative therapy, I provide a compassionate space to heal, grow, and move toward greater freedom, resilience, and wholeness.
