Seeking therapy can be a challenging yet courageous step towards healing. I am committed to creating a warm, safe, and supportive space. I offer individual counseling services to children (9-12 years old) and adults (18-65 years old). My experience lies in working with individuals who have experienced grief and loss. I recognize that the pain of loss can be overwhelming. Grief is like a fingerprint— entirely unique to the individual and their journey.
My passion lies in working with first responders. With a prior background as a volunteer FF/EMT, I offer a unique perspective as a clinician. I am aware of the impact of critical incidents, the exposure to vicarious trauma, and the cumulative stress that first responders face. My mission is to destigmatize mental health services.
