Every person has an authentic and unique spirit to be relished in and celebrated. Anxiety, trauma, and the chaos of life often muddle these gifts, causing great hopelessness and confusion. My goal in our sessions is to help you find your voice and feel a sense of peace and belonging within our strange world. I've spent my career as a Fulbright grantee in Vienna, Austria, a clinical research coordinator studying Schizophrenia, and a therapist working with children, teens and adults in New Mexico, with the goal of encouraging and strengthening people to unmute their sense of purpose.
My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and grounded in warmth. I use creativity and humor when helpful, while always honoring the seriousness of what brings you in. I integrate talk therapy and art therapy, though art-making is always optional — many clients choose to engage solely in traditional talk therapy.
