About
If you've been contemplating counseling, now is the time! As a Christian Therapist, I believe that God desires so much more for us than we are currently experiencing. If you're feeling heavy, life can be lighter. If you're struggling to see change in your life, a new more peaceful life is possible. Your desires, goals and dreams for life are not selfish, and I believe that Christ calls us to live life to the full. If your life does not feel "full", change is possible. You were meant for more.
I specialize in working with women and adolescents, with a Christ-centered approach to counseling. It is my desire to help you find insight and healing by focusing on your strengths, identifying negative beliefs, relational patterns and assisting you in implementing effective tools for lasting change.
I hope to join with you in this season, to walk along side you as we find meaning and healing in your personal story. Christ calls us to live abundantly, and you were meant to thrive.
