Life can be full of painful moments. My goal as a therapist is to assist in processing these moments, where the pain you experience does not have to result in further individual suffering and together, we can explore your journey to healing. The therapy process is an environment where one can examine patterns of behavior, communication styles, relationships, emotions and so much more with support of a trained clinician. With a mindful approach and a non-judgmental framework, I provide psychotherapy and art therapy for teens, young adults, adult women and men in the therapeutic setting.
In the therapeutic setting through compassion and encouragement, I work to address the various concerns my clients hold. I work with clients seeking support with trauma, stress management, communication, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics and self-esteem. I encourage clients to come in authentically, with whatever struggles your day may bring.
As a clinician, I take a person-centered, holistic approach with a focus on expressive therapy modalities. Together, we can work to establish healthier coping mechanisms, address unconscious patterns or triggers, in addition to opportunity for individual strength building and personal growth.
