In my practice, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, neurodivergence, self-esteem, and questions of personal identity. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered in your healing process.
My approach is person-centered and holistic, integrating mindfulness and expressive therapies to support healing on multiple levels. I draw from trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and psycho-education to build practical tools, while also offering Art Therapy for those who benefit from creative, nonverbal expression.
I encourage clients to stay curious and compassionate as we work together to build healthier coping strategies, examine mind-body connection, uncover unconscious patterns or triggers, and cultivate personal growth.
