This may show up as symptoms of anxiety, confusion, irritability, numbness, anger, sadness, or isolation, or perhaps more intense experiences like explosiveness, disassociation, or hopelessness. Whether a result of past trauma or present circumstances, we can work together to explore and address wounds and patterns that keep you stuck and help you to live a life that feels good to you.
I specialize in Internal Family Systems and EMDR. I am trained in additional modalities that inform my approach including psychodynamic, EFT, DBT, and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. I focus on trauma recovery, somatic experiencing, conflict resolution, attachment work, identity exploration, and support for couples, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals.
