For over 12 years, my priority has been creating a safe, supportive space for healing that dismantles the shame that often accompanies trauma. Whether you’re new to therapy, returning after a break, or seeking a better fit, I’m here to help. I primarily work with people navigating the impact of past trauma—childhood or adulthood—as well as those processing grief and loss. My practice also serves individuals from marginalized communities. I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence. I also work with people who have lost a loved one to a sudden death, such as homicide, suicide, or accidents. My practice is welcoming and open to sex workers, people who use substances, people with HIV, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
I offer a fully online practice, allowing us to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable—whether that's your home, office, car, or another personal space.
