Hi! I'm Caitlin. Now more than ever I see individuals struggling to get through their daily lives, having a hard time being (or knowing) themselves and finding it difficult to connect with others. Maybe you have never really felt accepted or like you belong. Maybe you struggle with making decisions, feel overwhelmed or often worry. If you can relate to any of these things then I can help!
I help my clients regulate their nervous systems so that they can learn to love and accept themselves, experience peace (and even joy!) while navigating the uncertainty and chaos that comes with living as a human being on this wild planet.
My goal is to create a comfortable space for healing, growth and self-acceptance. I listen to my clients' experiences with a curious and open mind. Some interventions that I find helpful include parts work (IFS), Eco-therapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Polyvagal theory, Eco-therapy and meditation.
