I work mostly with youth using play and movement therapy. I support many individuals with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Gender identity struggles. I welcome all individuals to reach out.
I can help in multiple different ways; I currently am working with play and movement therapy. I feel the ability to move our bodies while talking about issues, helps us stimulate our bodies while we focus on our emotions, feelings, and struggles.
