If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, disconnected, too much, or not enough—you’re not alone. Clients I work with are navigating the lasting impact of stress, relational wounds, anxiety, or experiences that have left them feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain.
I specialize in supporting folks who are working through disconnect—whether from childhood experiences, interpersonal harm, attachment wounds, or chronic stress. Trauma can shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how safe we feel in our own bodies. Therapy offers a space to gently untangle those patterns and reconnect with a steadier sense of self.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment-based therapy. I integrate EMDR, somatic and parts-based approaches to support healing at both the emotional and nervous system level for lasting change. Together, we move at your pace—building safety first—so healing feels grounded and sustainable rather than overwhelming.
Whether we’re working individually or within a relationship, our focus is on increasing safety, clarity, and connection. In our work together, I help clients make sense of their inner worlds so healing is paired with self-understanding, compassion, and choice.
