I’m a licensed psychologist based in the Houston Heights, specializing in anxiety and trauma-related challenges—such as chronic worry, panic attacks, perfectionism, social anxiety, intrusive thoughts and memories, and avoidance that disrupts daily life and relationships. Many of my clients feel like anxiety is steering their lives, or that past experiences are holding them back. They’ve often tried managing things on their own, but despite their best efforts, the problems persist, or their ways of managing things comes at a cost. That’s where focused therapy makes a difference.
I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for a wide range of anxiety and trauma-related problems. My approach is collaborative and practical: we work together to implement effective coping strategies, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build new experiences that support long-term change and emotional well-being.
Reaching out isn’t easy—but going it alone is often harder. With the right support, it's possible to reclaim your life from anxiety, painful emotions, and the weight of the past, because fear shouldn't define what's possible. To learn more or schedule a free consultation, please visit my website or reach out by email.
