I am passionate in supporting clients with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, addiction, grief, and conflictual interpersonal relationships. I am trained in and integrate EMDR therapy, IFS (parts work), mindfulness centered approaches, DBT, sensorimotor approaches, and General Psychiatric Management for BPD.
