I am passionate in supporting clients with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, addiction, grief, and conflictual interpersonal relationships. I specialize in providing Trauma informed-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I am partially trained in EMDR therapy.
