I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples to talk about difficult subjects without fear of judgment. I specialize in relationships and relational work. I help couples heal from unresolved issues, learn new ways to communicate and understand each other, and deepen their intimacy. I teach couples how to have hard conversations that end in deeper connection, instead of painful fights that result in deeper wounds. I also help single people navigate the dating world, date from a place of confidence and self-worth, & create a healthy, lasting relationship.
I'm an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist--one of less than 1000 in the world--and a Certified Gestalt Therapist. This means I have advanced training & extensive experience helping individuals & couples create healthy relationships and satisfying sex lives. I use a variety of techniques including Gestalt Therapy, DBT, IFS, & Somatic Techniques.
My life's work is dedicated to helping people heal from trauma and old wounds & create healthy, loving relationships with themselves and others. Whether you are an individual or a couple, there is hope and I can help you. Give me a call or email me so we can begin our healing work together.
