Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. My interests include working with adults and young adults 18+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, complex trauma/single incident trauma, relationship issues, and infertility. I enjoy building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships, and providing a safe, non-judgmental environment for people looking to explore their emotions and struggles.
I am most aligned with psychodynamic and insight-oriented therapeutic techniques, and help my clients by providing insight into negative patterns of thoughts, feelings, and actions.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals navigating infertility and assisted reproduction. I provide a safe, understanding space where people can process complex emotions and build resilience.
My supportive approach allows clients the opportunity to examine systemic patterns in their lives that are presenting challenges. By increasing each individual’s emotional and behavioral awareness and understanding, I can help identify the root cause of distress to better understand how these patterns have affected both your past and present behavior.
