If you are looking for a warm, collaborative therapist that has a good sense of humor look no further. Clinically I love to work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, boundaries (people who need to learn no is a complete sentence), relationships, career transitions, and unhealthy coping. I additionally specialize in pregnancy and postpartum.
In my virtual practice, I offer a space that is casual, humanistic, and deeply empathetic. Think of me as your collaborative partner in solving problems, minus the stuffy office and plus a very comfy chair.
I don't believe in "one-size-fits-all" therapy. My approach is humanistic and strengths-based, meaning I see you as the capable expert on your own life. I draw from CBT, psychodynamic and relational approaches, solution focused therapies and trauma informed care.
My passion is to help you feel a sense of peace and fulfillment in everything you do through therapy. Through warmth, authenticity and a good sense of humor I champion clients to understand themselves and create meaningful change.
