I am a licensed professional counselor located in Hartland, Wisconsin. As a counselor, I strive to understand individuals within their environment and hope to help individuals reach their goals through a process of self-discovery. Through individual and group therapy, I look to help clients find fulfillment in each aspect of life and overcome personal barriers. Currently offering both individual and group sessions using TELEHEALTH services.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and eating disorders in transitional living and outpatient treatment settings, as well as working with adolescents and adults in residential eating disorder treatment.
