I specialize in treating emotional injuries such as stress, burnout, and trauma (both acute and chronic), and use human but evidence-based approaches (methods listed below). Therapy often involves feeling some feelings, strategizing, science lessons, humor, and clarity.
My +15 years of professional experiences include: multiple hospitals and collaborative medical settings, a sexual assault resource center, homeless shelters and schools, nearly a decade licensed in dual-diagnosis addiction treatment, and mental health programs (including: residential, outpatient, community mental health, and private practice).
