I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals, couples, and families in the diverse range of experiences that can come in this time. My practice is grounded in consent, collaboration, and compassion. My methodologies are influenced by Emotionally Focused Therapy, Nonviolent Communication, IFS, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
