I specialize in grief and loss, and also provide support with trauma, anxiety and depression. My clients come to me with challenging relationship dynamics or divorce, caregiving, loss of a job or hope, change in health, or other significant life transition. I specialize in working with young widows and men, although I enjoy working with clients from adolescence through later adulthood years . I utilize a number of grief frameworks and psychotherapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems in order to best serve you and your goals for therapy.
