I am committed to providing a safe place for individuals who are ready to move toward healing. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, empathetic, and trauma informed. No two journeys are the same and we will work together to set goals that reflect your journey. All the parts of your story matter and deserve to be heard.
My Social Work career began working with adolescents in in residential and foster care settings. I spent a significant amount of my clinical experience working in adult crisis settings and individual outpatient therapy. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults in an individual setting.
My faith as a Christian provides the energy for my work, but I have tremendous respect for each person's story and strive to honor the client's differing views and choice on whether or not to incorporate issues of faith into therapy.
