I draw from a diverse toolkit to meet you where you are. I use play therapy with children to turn big emotions into healing, while providing teens and adults with structured cognitive support. I also bridge these worlds when appropriate, using play-based techniques with adults to reach deeper patterns and foster growth that words alone can't always capture.
