You can function well and be successful and sometimes you can even do it all with a smile on your face. Yet underneath it all, you may feel stuck under the crushing weight of trauma and stress. It can be difficult for others to understand because of how well you present yourself despite your suffering. Know that you are not alone. Just because you are doing great, doesn’t mean you will always feel great. Sometimes that light at the end of the tunnel can seem far off. But I am here to tell you that it’s much closer than you think. I would be honored to walk alongside you and help you reach that light while honing your inner strength.
Our bodies bear the weight of our trauma. Therefore, we will work with modalities that focus on healing the nervous system, such as Brainspotting and the trauma resiliency model (TRM). There is often a deep transformation and sense of peace when the body is freed of the emotional and physical stress it has been holding.
I have significant passion, along with training and experience, in working with trauma, early childhood trauma, and intergenerational trauma. My approach is warm, empathetic, and encouraging, while also motivating and practical. Together, we will help you to rekindle your hope and move through the difficulties of the past, so that you can enjoy your life.
