In my world, therapy is more than talking about your problems - it's a time for you to focus on what matters most to you, and it's okay to have fun while doing it! Therapy with me is personalized, collaborative, flexible, and focused on empowerment and expression so that you can feel confident about the steps you're taking! I have been practicing in mental health since 2022 and have experience working with children of all ages, as well as adults. I work to utilize an integrative and directive approach to therapy, emphasizing psychoeducation and the use of proactive interventions to promote self-exploration and growth.
As a fellow Neurodivergent friend, I specialize in working with (child & adult) ADHD and have notable experience working with children and school-related concerns. I am also trained in EMDR (child & adult) and enjoy using techniques based in CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Somatic/Sensory-based Experiences, Inner Child, Expressive-Arts, and Exposure Therapies.
