As a gay trans guy I also know what it's like to struggle with finding or expressing your authentic self, and would love to be a part of this journey with you.
I approach my work from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, client-focused lens and utilize a variety of approaches to meet your needs, including Brainspotting, EMDR, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I will meet you where you're at and always show up for you as my authentic self.
