While I welcome individuals from all walks of life, my practice is a specialized, affirming space for communities I am deeply passionate about supporting. As an AuDHD, gay trans guy, my clinical work is profoundly informed by both specialized training and my own lived experience. I offer a deeply resonant, lived understanding of LGBTQ+, Trans, Nonbinary, & Gender-Diverse Individuals, Neurodivergent Folks, Athletes & High Performers, and Veterinary & Helping Professionals. Soon I will also be offering Autism and ADHD Assessments.
In our work, I combine bottom-up (body-centered) and top-down (mind-centered) therapies to help you heal from the inside out. Rather than just talking about your challenges, we use deeply collaborative modalities to process painful experiences where they are physically stored. I will meet you where you're at and always show up for you authentically.
