I help men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected from the life they want to live. My approach is direct, practical, and focused on helping clients build confidence, improve relationships, break unhelpful patterns, and take meaningful action. Therapy with me is less about getting stuck in analysis and more about creating real change so you can show up as the man, partner, father, and person you want to be.
My approach is straightforward, practical, and action-oriented. Many men I work with know what they should be doing but struggle to follow through. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, focus on what you can control, and build habits that create real change. I'll be supportive, honest, and willing to challenge you when needed.
In our first one or two sessions, my goal is to understand what’s bringing you to therapy and the bigger picture of your life. We’ll explore your challenges, relationships, strengths, and what you want moving forward. Once we see what’s keeping you stuck, we’ll shift toward meaningful action. You don’t need it all figured out before you show up.
