Are you ready to change your life? We have all experienced negativity and trauma in our lives. Even very small things we don't remember from our past affect us now- but they don't have to. Some techniques I use include Eye Movement Therapy, Hypnotic Programming, Regressions, Parts Therapy and Breathwork to help you reach your goals. I am a Full Mesa Carrier Shaman (medicine woman) and I utilize Shamanic healing to help clients who are seeking energy healing. No matter what modality you are interested in, I am with you every step of the way!
